You may be here because

Home doesn’t feel like home right now.

The same argument keeps happening. Trust has been damaged. Difficult memories surface without warning. On the outside, you’re holding it together; inside, you feel lonely, anxious, or tired of pretending everything is fine.

Counseling can help you understand what is happening beneath the conflict, take care of the wounds underneath it, and practice a different way of relating.

Ways we can work together

Care that goes beneath the surface.

Practical tools matter. So does understanding the deeper story behind the way you protect, react, withdraw, or reach for connection.

01

Marriage counseling

Move out of the same painful cycle. Learn to speak honestly, listen with care, repair trust, and rebuild the emotional bond that makes home feel safe.

Connection · communication · infidelity
02

Trauma & EMDR

Process what happened without letting it keep defining what comes next. Trauma-focused care can help reduce triggers, shame, and the feeling of always being on alert.

PTSD · anxiety · painful memories
03

Premarital counseling

Start the important conversations before “I do.” A personalized SYMBIS assessment helps couples name strengths, understand differences, and grow with intention.

Meet Kenna

Compassion to feel safe. Honesty to help things change.

I help people find wholeness and healing in life, love, and relationships.

My work is warm, engaged, and direct. We won’t simply circle the problem or collect tips that are hard to use when emotions run high. Together, we’ll make sense of the pattern, tend to the pain beneath it, and build new ways to connect.

I specialize in marriage and premarital counseling, trauma and PTSD, and relationship-focused individual care. For clients who want it, faith can be an active and meaningful part of the healing process.

Kenna is the first therapist that we found to really get in the trenches with us and help us to make changes in our 26 year marriage. Changes that work and are based on God’s ways.
